Cancellation Policy & Payment Policy

Payment at check-in.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $10 (+HST). In addition, cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled check-in date (Noon Atlantic Time) are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the 1st night plus HST.
If you do not notify us by telephone or email that you are cancelling your reservation & do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire reservation.
As we are holding the Love Shack for you, no refunds will be issued for early departures.

Full payment at the time of booking.
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in date (based on 4pm Atlantic Time), will receive a refund less $250 for 1-week reservations, or $150 for reservations less than 7 days. Cancellations within the 30 days are not refunded.
HIGH SEASON
Full payment at the time of booking.
Reservations cancelled at least 30 days prior to check-in date (based on 4pm Atlantic Time), will receive a refund less $400. Cancellations within the 30 days are not refunded.
