To make the campground pleasant and safe for all our guests, we ask that you abide by the following:
Only one family is permitted per site.
No more than two motor vehicles and the RV are permitted on any site. Only street legal motorcycles are allowed within the park; no motorized (electric or gas powered) non-street legal vehicles including ATV’s and dirt bikes.
Quiet time is 11:00 PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time.
Children (16 and under) must be on their own campsite by 10:00pm unless accompanied by an adult.
Maximum speed limit within any part of the park is 8 km (5 mph).
Driving under the influence of alcohol or excessive speed within the park will not be tolerated.
Motorists must give first right to pedestrians and cyclists. Please be vigilant of children as they could come running out from behind any obstruction. We ask that bicycles be walked at dark to avoid accidents.
Only bagged garbage can be disposed of at the garbage dumping stations. Cardboard boxes, packing material, furniture, barbecues etc. must be disposed of off-site.
Up to two pets per site are allowed within the park and must be on a leash when outside of the RV. Owners must pick up any droppings from their pets and dispose of the droppings in the main garbage dumping station. Pets are not allowed in the pool area or any park buildings. Excessive barking will not be tolerated and any pet disturbing owners will be removed from the park.
Pool hours are 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. No food and only non-glass drink containers are allowed in the pool area.
No washing of vehicles or RV’s using park water.
Clotheslines cannot be attached to any BBCC park property.
Supervised fires are permitted in designated fire pits at the front of sites with flames not exceeding 3 feet. No fireworks are permitted.
Alterations to campsites such as decks, sun rooms, storage sheds etc. must be approved by BBCC management. Campers may have to remove or alter structures if deemed inappropriate by BBCC management.
Seasonal campers are not permitted to sell, transfer, lease, sublet, or assign the campsite and the responsibilities of the campsite to another person.
A camper must not attempt to deny access to the campsite by park staff for the purpose of campground maintenance, operations, servicing, development and/or security.
Where park property borders the property of another owner, no camper shall allow any structure or storage closer than 5 feet from the BBCC property line.
Seasonal campers must keep their sites mowed and clean. BBCC staff will mow grass with the large mower from the roads to the front of RV’s on week days where no vehicles are parked on campsites.
Children must be supervised. BBCC is not responsible for child supervision anywhere on site, including the swimming pool, playgrounds, washrooms, and roadways in the park.
Security gate access cards are non-transferable and cannot be used to give non-registered guests access to the park. All park visitors must register at the office before entering the park.
No seasonal gardener parking on the road or side of road. Please park in the grass parking areas on both sides of the garden.
Surge protection and ensuring that power cords are plugged securely into the park power outlet is the responsibility of the camper. Damage caused by electrical arc issues is the responsibility of the camper.
Drug & Alcohol Policy - Cannabis is now legal in Canada, but for the comfort of all guests and considering that this is a family campground with children, we ask that you follow our guidelines. Because cannabis smell travels, we ask that you partake only inside your camper. Offensive behavior caused by cannabis use or alcohol consumption will not be tolerated. Use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere.
Anyone asked to leave to the premises for not following rules or regulations or for any reason deemed unacceptable by the management of BBCC must leave the park within the time limit given at the time of notice. Any cost to remove an RV and/or repair damage caused by a camper or their visitors shall be the responsibility of the camper in default. BBCC shall not be obliged to return any paid site rental.
